Responses are timers in this document. The latest issued request owns the result; older and unissued responses cannot replace it. Offline and failed refreshes can keep a valid snapshot. Revoking permission removes rows immediately, and a public restoration starts a new request.
Search combines a normalized substring with the exact category. The URL stores only the query and category owned by this toolbar; unrelated parameters and fragments remain intact. There is no durable cache or private service connection.
